1967 Pacemaker Aft Cabin The layout for Encourager begins with a chain locker forward of the 3-bunk V-berth that includes a head with shower and large closet, 3-steps up to the galley followed by the main salon with a built-in bar on the same level, 3-steps down to a twin-bunk mid-cabin across from an aft head with shower followed by the beam - to beam wide master cabin with a double bed and spare twin separated by a double closet.

Three steps up from the starboard aft salon is the custom wood bridge restored to it's original unvarnished exterior state with the helm to port, a built-in wet bar with freezer aft of the helm and three doors that open out to the large aftt deck for entertaining.

One rail gate starborad aft leads to a 2' deep swim step with some damage on the starboard aft side, there are aft and mid-ships gates on the port and starborad side for boarding.

Encourager has been restored or repaired system by system over the last 14 years.

We replaced the bilge pumps, forward shower pump, water heater and pump, pump panel in the engine room, replaced and enlarged the house battery bank (6 group 27) and inverter charger, replaced and enlarged the starter battery bank on an new charger, replaced all DC and AC wiring and panels, replaced fresh and black water tanks and hoses, replaced the mechanical head forward and installed an insta-flush head aft, replaced instrumentation wiring, replaced sensors for engine coolant temperature and fuel tanks, replaced interior and navigational lights with led lights, updated the forward and aft heads with showers and new counters, added cabinets to the galley in which we replaced the refrigerator, propane system and stove, stainless steel sink and counters.

We stripped the exterior hull and decks to bare wood, made wood repairs, recaulked, resealed, and repainted the hull, decks and upper surfaces, and had the stern professionally rebuilt by a skilled shipowright.

Half of the interiour overhead has been replaced, with half to go.

She needs new matrices, new radio, and final touches by the new owner.

The haul-out pictures are from 2021, interior pictures are from 2023. -3 person V-births with forward (mechanical) head with shower. -galley with large stainless steel sink, extra counters and cabiniets with washer/dryer. -large salon with built in bar, wall-mount tv. -2 person bunk bed mid cabin. -double bed master cabin with spare bunk. -aft (vacu-flush) head with shower serves mid-caben and master cabin -upper bridge deck with built in wet bar, four doors open to large aft flush deck. -custom wood bridge and tow rails restored to original varnish finish (red Honduran mahogany). -Most systems fully replaced: Bilge, enlarged house battery bank with inverter.charger, enlarged starter bank with separate recharger, DC, AC wiring and panels, instrumentation wiring, fuel sensors, engine room fire suppression, engine hoses, black and fresh water hoses and tanks, mechanical head, vacu-flush head, counters and sinks for both heads and galley, propane system and stove, led interior and exterior lights, LED running lights, anchor mast, Raymarine radar and MFD, hinged anchor mast.

Hull and decks stripped to bare wood, repaired, sealed and repainted, stern rebuilt with 1 1/4" mahogoany planks.
