| | | | 2005 Sea Ray Sundancer 320, 350 MAG mpi 300hp engines, v drive, kohler 5e generator, autopilot and radar.
Engines : 650hrs, generator 400hrs.
Mechanic owned and maintained for the last 5 years, within the last 4 years : new stbd and port prop shafts, props tuned, new cutlass bearings, new dripless shaft seals, engine cylinder heads replaced port and stbd, manifolds and risers replaced port and stbd, full tune up done last season (plugs, wires, cap rotor) port and stbd engine, water pumps rebuilt, new alternators port and stbd, upgraded flounder pounder switch panels, bottom soda blasted epoxy coated and painted, new cockpit refrigerator, new cockpit faucet and countertop, upgraded memory foam v berth mattress.
Full camper enclosure, cockpit cover, winter cover, new isinglass, all canvas and vinyl in great condition.
Boat will be fully commissioned in the water first week of April.
We bought a new boat so this one has to go, you will not be disappointed.

2021:
● Cylinder head replaced STBD engine - fall
● Exhaust manifolds, risers, spacers replaced port + STBD engines
● New cockpit carpeting - corinthian marine
● New V berth upholstery
● New v berth mattress
● Bottom media blasted, epoxy coated and bottom paint
● New alternator port engine
● Rebuilt raw water pump
● Bathroom floor grate
● New rudder shaft packing.
2022:
● Cylinder heads replaced port engine spring
● FP Marine switch setup replacement - spring
● New alternator
● Rebuilt raw water pump
● Full tune up port engine (plugs, wires, cap, rotor)
● New winter cover.
2023:
● New cockpit countertop and faucet
● New cockpit refrigerator
● Full tune up STBD engine (plugs, wires, cap rotor)
● New port + STBD trim tab actuators & pump assembly.
Yearly maintenance performed :
● Engine oil and filters port +STBD (mobil 1 15w50 oil)
● Generator engine oil + filter replaced
● Fuel filters replaced (engines and generator)
● Full buff and wax hull
● New zincs (trim tabs and main)
Every other season:
● Raw water pump impeller replaced (last done 2023 spring)
● Bottom painted (Petit Hydrocoat black)
● Raw water pump impeller generator (last done 2023 spring).
