Boat is part way through a refit.
Has a new never used genoa.
Anchor winch and compass have been rebuilt.
Engine and transmission have less than 50 hours.
Boat has wheel steering propane stove with oven and an ice box.
Too many small things have been done to list and too many small things are still to be done.
The boat needs more labor than cash to complete.

Boat has 7 galvanized boat stands by Scaffoldmart similar to Brownells but better.
Boat has been stored under cover for the last 12 years.
The keel has been removed and bolts replaced as needed, the work was done by the guy who cast the keel originally.
