This is an all-inclusive moorage with electricity, water, garbage, twice monthly pump outs and secure gated parking all for one monthly fee.
We lived on the boat for three years and upgraded the electronics and navigation to Garmin, replaced the electric stove with a top of the line propane stove, installed a solar full size refrigerator, added a Pit Boss BBQ on the flybridge and added a Walker Airsep system to the Detroit engines.
