Stepped transom with exterior shower and hinged swim ladder.
Tank Capacities:Fresh Water: 40 gal-Fuel Tank 25 gal-Holding Tank 18 gal.Galley:LPG Stove with propane tank ; manual electrial safety cutoff switch.
Mounted Microwave- runs on shore power only.
Galley holding tank water pump (currently works intermittently; in process of attempting repair); has two alternate foot pumps for sinks.
Hot water heater -installed new in 2011-never used, Ice Box with drain & new Frigoboat refrigeration unit installed 2018 (coil, compressor, tank, new selector switch and thermo sensor).
Manual pump for head- entire unit replaced since 2010.
Pull out shower nozzle with hose.
Boat design layout contains 3 cabins for sleeping; 2 with privacy doors if desired.
Nav station can be converted to a cabin with door, curtain, and an extra long, wide berth V berth has privacy door and own access door to head.

Aluminum Deck Stepped Mast (with new standing rigging reported by Previous owner as replaced in 2006).
Permanent mounted stern and bow rails, Double Lifelines with 3 opening gates (all replaced as new since 2010).

New since 2010 Several dock lines with 3 fenders; 2 dock mounted post/boat protectors (screw in type)Bow anchor roller mount assembly on bow sprit, Danforth 17# bow anchor is stowed on removable bow rail bracket; chain and anchor rode attached (excess rode stowed in front deck locker at bow). 2 sails: Sobstad sail roller furlered Genoa- New Hood roller furler in 2010; Genoa has a repair patch on it.
Sobstad main sail with 4 rows Batons and 2 reef points has 1 repair patch on it.5 Lewmar brand wenches- 2 cockpit mounted; 3 coachtop mounted . 4 winch handles all 4 major running lines replaced in 2020; (main sheet, both Genoa and Main Halyards, and roller furler line)all 4 major running lines run aft to cockpit ; several brakes and cleats, small removable wooden fold-up cockpit table; mounted on pedestal, removable wooden drink holder on pedestral.
Stainless Steel dodger frame- with 3 fabric & plastic front windows; middle section zips to open if desired for breeze or better viewing; Stainless Steel bimini frame with fabric bimini that attaches to dodger and covers top of entire cockpit (no sides or back protection)3 cabin top vents- 2 of them are see through with hinge settings5 side vent ports see through- that open (with screens)Additional info or upgrades:new VHF radio mounted on Nav station below deck since 2010 (Has AIS safety capability but have not activated AIS yet) 2 small 12 volt cabin cooling fans mounted in Galley- 2 speed-previous owner reports complete bottom coat exterior was re-epoxied and re-coated below the water line in 2008 ;current owner has twice painted bottom paint coats in 10 years of owner ship.

New wiring installed from the mast top to the Deck top outlets; then to the internal electrical panel for all mast top instruments.
New foredeck and steaming light installed since 2010.
New vertical blinds installed for all 6 large Galley fixed port windows 2020.
Known items not working , need repairing: (currently have a mechanic troubleshooting all 3, may or may not get them resolved ) Lifetime tracking of engine hour and distance data marine meter- below deck- has not worked for the last two owners, Fuel gauge reads full- personally replaced fuel tank sending unit last year- problem may be solved not sure yet;On board galley fresh Water pump is working intermittently.
Need to push reset button to get pump to run properly at times.
Keel has a couple of minor 6 inch hair line cracks fore and aft at the hull that are sealed closed but need professional finishing.

Zippered acces door on stern, includes all wooden frames & plastic piping supports needed for winter cover application- made by current owner, cover can be used for leaving the mast up or if mast is taken down but left on boat.
