The heads are already milled.
Fresh water system is OK.
New macerator, new water pump.
Toilet needs new pump.
Electrical ok.
Boat structure OK, minor dents to be fixed.
New paint is welcome.
Interior of cabin with all furniture in reasonable conditions.
Upholstery is clean and in very good condition.
Upholstery is stored in house.
Needs interior cleaning.
Boat without use for more than a year.
Rear seats need to be redone.
