| | | | Great family boat for cruising or a weekend retreat located at The Cliffs Resort and Golf Course on Possum Kingdom Lake, 90 miles west of Fort Worth, Texas.
Two staterooms offer plenty of room to relax.
The boat has a single-level galley shared with a salon area.
The forward Master V-Berth has a Kingsize Stateroom, private sink, and mirror separate from the head off from the salon.
And an added plus, the salon has an additional pull-out for a third bed.
An automatic vac-u-flush head, separated by a stand-up shower accommodating perfectly the two separate bedrooms, salon, and gallery area.

I've owned this boat for over twenty years this August of 2021, motors are equipped with an FWC (Fresh Water Cooling System).
It's a plus for both fresh and saltwater owners.
No more winterizing or flushing of motors if you wish to use the boat in saltwater conditions.
By the way, the boat has always been kept in a covered freshwater slip.
The boat's last bottom paint job was done in July 2018, the first picture of the boat sitting in the yard at Grandpapa's Marina on Texoma Lake.
Mechanically, the boat has 1,200 motor hours.
