2006 Sea Ray 40 Motor Yacht with Less than 350 hours on both 8.1 Mercury Motors and 10 kw Kohler Generator.
Bought from original owner in 2014 and has been very well cared for and very lightly used except as a floating condo Currently anchored out in Little Sabine behind Shaggys in Pensacola Beach.
Was in slip when Sally hit and marina was practically destroyed but it suffered no damage.
Ill keep paying slip fee at Sabine Marine and new owner can acquire the slip upon purchase of boat They are rebuilding now and hope to be ready in 2-3 months.
Itll be anchored there for a month,then Ill probably find another slip to put her in to enjoy till she sells .
Im located 3 hours from there since 3 mile bridge is out and thats partly the reason for selling.
