New Bottom Paint (4-14-23).
Topside and interior has all been upgraded (2016-
current) which include; Doyle sails (main and head), stack pack, lazy jacks, roller furling,
dyneemer safety lines, standard and running rigging; stanchions; new Raymarine electronics
with autopilot. chart plotter, AIS, radar; updated dodger and cockpit cover; 2" aluminum arch; 2
solar panels, Blue Sky solar energy panel; Victron battery monitor; new anchor rhode; updated
upholstery and mattress pads; (2) 4D AGM house batteries, one 12V starter battery; Pronautic
battery charger, all upgraded marine wiring (professionally installed), VHF radio; PSS shaft seal,
water heater, full galley with Eno range and oven, microwave, refrigerator, new Raritan head, 2
sinks; new macerator pump; new Lifesling; propane tank and mount; propane fume detector
(need solenoid).
The boat has a wide beam, lots of storage capabilities and decent head
clearance.
Never been smoked in nor any pets.
Well maintain Yanmar diesel engine (1160 hrs).
Special NOTE: slip is paid thru Sept. 2023!
Boat is in a premier marina located in Ensenada, MX
(only 1 hour south of the border) however, owner is willing to sail the boat up to San Diego if
purchaser doesn't want to take advantage of the free slip and no CA taxes!
The sail north would
be a good time for the owner to run thru the boat with the purchaser (though we can do a run
thru in Ensenada as well).
Current USCG registration.
