CYGNET was built in 1954 at Morse Boatbuilding in Thomaston Maine.
She was the second of only four vessels built from this design in the early 1950s and as far as we know the only one left in existence.
CYGNET was originally contracted for construction on December 5th 1953.
Constructed of Philippine Mahogany on white oak frames and scheduled for delivery on May 1st 1954.
